I want to tell you something that, to be honest, is still a bit of a shock to me. Over the last few years I've become recognised as one of the world top 3 experts in dating and attraction. My name is Adam Lyons, though there are some who know me as AFC Adam.?

I'm a regular columnist for the world’s leading online men's magazine Askmen, as well as an advisor and contributor for newspapers, magazines and TV shows across the world. You would think that being regarded as being this good I would have had to be great with women all my life.

The truth is, I really wasn't. There was a time back in school when my classmates voted me least likely to get a girlfriend. Things like this hurt badly and they stick with you.

It lead me to feel depressed, especially when it came to girls. I would sit around alone at parties, not sure how to speak to the girls I wanted. Anytime I did manage to speak to them it was only as a friend, typically listening to them talking about the guys they wanted to be with.

Since then I've tried almost everything to gain an understanding of attraction from using my old Psychology notes to obtaining and reading modern Psychological Journals on the subject of dating and attraction. I've even gone out in field and tested other peoples methods and ideas.

I've probably used every single chat up line in the book. I have used the cheesy ones that everyone knows and have even made up my own. There were also routines and games we made up to see how far we could get.

This has given me a massive edge when it came to dating and attracting the women I wanted. I not only knew what triggered attraction but I also had the in-field experience to know first hand which techniques worked and didn't.

I've lived a lifestyle that many would only dream of. I've dated celebrities, models and all manors of incredibly beautiful girls. At one time I was known for turning up to parties with an entourage of at least 40 women, which was a way of life, second only to Hugh Heffner.

I did this all of this without exceptional looks, with a poor body shape and very little money.

When you understand the principles of dating and attraction you can turn it on whenever you want. Not only will you never be alone but you will also be able to get the kind of girlfriend you've always wanted.

I've broken these steps down into a simplified form and I use this to teach my method to all of my students around the world.

The scary thing about this is how easy it is once you know what you're doing.

They say that dating is a game. I'm going to show you how to bend the rules.

When I first began learning how to improve my own dating life I don't think I understood just how much it would have an impact on my life. One of the the things that means so much to me is the improvement and success of my students, and from time to time they will give the occasional video testimony to give some feedback to others who are thinking of learning how to improve their own chances with the opposite sex.

When I first started learning myself, I was amazed at how many different people sign up to learn these skills, from local market traders, to college students to wealthy Lawyers and Financial experts. The concept of being able to improve your dating life and actually be able to meet the kind of person you've always dreamed of meeting is often viewed with a little skepticism in the media. Alot of people refuse that it's possible to change your chances, and instead would rather believe that attraction is based on looks, money and material gain rather than understanding the psychology of what causes attraction and simply learning the secrets that enable YOU to become more attractive, rather than being seen as attractive based on physical things.

I'm incredibly passionate about what I teach and take any opportunity I can to go head to head with the media and try to enlighten them about the way attraction works. To prove that people really can improve their chances at attraction and the dating game and that a growing number of people every day are taking it into their hands to be more attractive people rather than relying on their looks and money to get their ideal partner.
