This is an audio interview I recorded with one of the lead London PUA Training instructors.

oh my god what you said at the end REALLY resonated with me. ive spent so much time figuring this stuff out ive neglected my social life and when im with female friends its sometimes weird because im analyzing my interactions with them from an attraction standpoint instead of just letting in a conversation between friends! and they sense this unease and i therefore am not as close and dont get invited out all the time. time to restore the balance!

Good stuff man I feel you about the whole teeth thing which I am trying to sort out now to hopefully boost more confidence thx for all the info but somehow I think my looks have a negative affect on how women react to me I am trying to get over this but somehow I don’t think women find me ugly its just I never seem to be the type they want to get with.
Any specific tips on picking up Asian girls? Asian women are really sexy in my opinion and I’m interested in finding out if there are special “pickup techniques” that you can use to approach and flirt with Asian girls. Or do the same usual “rules of the game” apply?
